Ramya Behera Ramya Behra is an Indian backing singer who works mainly in Telugu films. Ramya was born in Narasaraopet , Guntur district , Andhra Pradesh and grew up in Hyderabad Telangana. Her first film as a background singer was in 2009, Vengamamba. MM Keeravani , a renowned music director in Telugu , Tamil , Kannada , Malayalam and Hindi films has introduced Ramya Behara to the film industry. She recently sung songs - Lachchindevi Oki Nikkundi , Krishnashtami, Bruce Lee , Baahubali: The Beginning , Temper, Mahanati,Dhruva,Ismat shankar etc . She is currently singing in some Kannada , Hindi and Tamil films. She composed her first Hindi film song, "Main Thusse Pyar Nahi Karthi" for MM Keeravani Baby (2015 movie). She garned Best Playback Singer - Female nominations for "Naidolintikada" in Brahmotsavam at 64th Filmfare Awards South 2017 and "Gelupu leni samaram" in Mahanati at 66th Filmfare Awards South 2019.
