Aritra Shekhar Sanyal (Born 4 June 1993) is an Indian Music Composer, Programmer, Vocalist, Lyricist and Poet known for his works in Bengali Films and Bollywood. Biography Sanyal was born to a Bengali Brahmin family in Kolkata to Chandrasekhar Sanyal and Soma Sanyal both being from a musical background, he received training from Ghazal Maestro Baloo Dutta and Music Director Kalyan Sen Barat from a very young age. He did his graduation with mechanical engineering from Santiniketan following which he resumed his musical career. Career Sanyal assisted music directors in Tollywood for few years before finally getting his break with the Ankush Hazra Starrer Villain song "Pyar Ki Dose" sung by Armaan Malik in association with Dev Sen. The movie was a superhit and the soundtrack gained over 7.5million views on YouTube making it a big hit of the Bengali film industry. He's currently working on couple of Bollywood projects. |
