"Rahman Jamaal" McCreadie (born October 8, 1981) is a writer, actor, musician, emcee, filmmaker, and educator from Redwood City, California. He is the founder of Rap Force Academy, and Executive Director of Hip Hop Congress. Jamaal wrote the first Visual & Performing Arts (VPA) and Common-Core standards-based Emcee/Spoken Word Curriculum in California, which began its implementation in schools, non-profits, and the juvenile justice system in 2004. Education Jamaal began acting in theater productions and playing music at the age of 6, studying and performing for before his starring film debut as "Flip" in The Beat which featured at the 2003 Sundance Film Festival. Jamaal received a full scholarship to USC Film School and graduated with honors.
