Radiology Cafe is an educational web resource which provides junior doctors with advice on applying to clinical radiology training in the United Kingdom and resources for radiology trainees. The site contains information regarding the UK radiology application process, guidance for trainees taking the FRCR examinations and teaching resources for medical students. Background Radiology Cafe was founded in 2011 using a WYSIWYG editor, but since 2014 runs on , a free and open-source content management system (CMS). There are various editors, article and blog contributors. In February 2017, 16 mock FRCR anatomy examinations were uploaded, with a further two uploaded in 2018. In April 2017, all of the articles from FRCR Physics notes (a Google Site) were transferred to Radiology Cafe. In October 2017 the iBook, Radiology Basics: Cross-sectional Imaging, was reproduced on Radiology Cafe as an interactive webpage. |
