Rachna Khanna

Rachna Khanna (born October 26, 1966 in New Delhi, India) is a community activist working
for a greener environment.
She ran for and lost the election for the town council in South Windsor, Connecticut under the Republican Party ticket in 2009.

She is the chair of Beta Gamma Sigma, an international honor society for business students and has been featured twice on the Barney School of Business publication
.
Khanna has been a resident of South Windsor for the past 20 years
. She did her schooling at Modern School, New Delhi.
Early life
Born on October 26, 1966, in New Delhi, India, to Kailash Nath Marwah and Kusum Marwah, Rachna Khanna had an early exposure to politics as her grandfather was a member of the Jana Sangh party.
Professional career
She currently manages a real estate business and a medical practice.
