Pure Intent Buyer is a division of a Utah State Limited Liability Company called Pure Intent LLC which was organized in February of 2012. The company is very small (Less than 10 employees) and is headquartered in Salt Lake City , Utah. The purpose of the Pure Intent Buyer division is to be an active particpant in the Real Estate Market by buying several single-family homes every year directly from homeowners. The homes are purchased as investments of the owners.
Pure Intent LLC is not a Real Estate Brokerage and Performs no Agent Representation services for Buyers or Sellers. The non-brokerage company does, however, utilize and pay for the professional services of certified Realtors when purchasing properties which have been listed by a Seller's Agent on the MLS.
History
In February of 2012, Pure Intent LLC had its Articles of Organization ratified by the Utah Division of Corporations. After organizing, the started its operations such as establishing an online presence, advertising to attract the attention of homeowners, and making offers to purchase property.
Inspiration
The company founders built the company in the middle of an economic recession in order to be agents of improving the economy by serving the world as Socially Responsible Capitalists. To destroy an economy, participants must simply do nothing. However, to grow an economy, its various markets must be healed through individuals and entrepreneurs overcoming past mistakes and escorting in a strong flow of new resources. With mistakes being overcome and new resources flowing into the market: Jobs will be created, willing workers will once again be gainfully employed and be able to support other markets through their purchases and investments.
The Real Estate Market is the largest capital market in the world, from which countless jobs can be created in its activity - or countless jobs can disappear in its dormancy. Rather than sitting around "waiting for the market to improve," the founders of Pure Intent Buyer decided to become part of the solution! As Robert Kiyosaki teaches in his books, market participants must be active and engage in transactions which create jobs for an economy's willing workers in order to emerge from an economic depression. Pure Intent Buyer is committed to being part of the solution, rather than complaining about the problem.
