General The Amsterdamsche roeibond is also known as the ARB. The ARB is a regional bond that gathered over 30 connected rowing club since it was founded in 1925. There are in total 7000 rowers connected to the ARB. The board always consists out of a chairman, a secretary, a treasurer, someone who’s dealing with everything in Amsterdam, someone who deals all the youth regatta’s, someone for the adult regatta’s, and a Central Purchasing Committee also known as a CIC.
