Basic Overview Solitude is a first-person shooter video game developed by Flaming Ice for the PSP and PC. The game is a new title in the Halo series and continues the story arc that began in Halo: Combat Evolved from a different Spartans point of view. The game is planned to be released March 31st but a delay is expected. Solitude story centers on the interstellar war between 26th century humanity, led by the United Nations Space Command, and a collection of alien races known as the Covenant. The player assumes the role of another Spartan (Not Master cheif), a cybernetically enhanced supersoldier, as he wages war in defense of humanity, assisted by human Marines as well as an allied alien race called Elites. The game is planned to have new multiplayer features such as some sort of horde mode (like featured in GoW2) Solitude has alot of hype, it was voted into the top 100 mods over at MODDB . The game has been very well-received by halo fans, with the storyline of another spartan in the halo books. Solitude is currently under development by the Flaming Ice team.
