Promise Uzoma Okoro

Promise Uzoma Okoro is the Deputy Executive Chairman, Bende Local Government Area, Abia State, in office since December 22, 2020. Before his election as the Deputy Chairman of Bende Local Government Area, he was appointed as Special Assistant on Media to the Speaker of the Abia State House of Assembly on the platform of the . He was unanimously nominated by his party as the Deputy Chairmanship Candidate for Bende Local Government Area.
Early life
Promise Uzoma Okoro was born on April 15, 1991, to the family of Late Mr Anyalekwa Onwuchekwa of Umuachiki, Amaokwelu Alayi in Bende Local Government Area of Abia State, Nigeria. Promise Uzoma Okoro attended Alayi Central School Alayi from 1997 to 2003, from where he proceeded to Alayi Secondary Commercial School Alayi and Western Ahoada County High School Ahoada.
Professional career
Promise Uzoma Okoro is a Member of the Online Media Association of Nigeria, the umbrella organization for Bloggers in Nigeria.
Political career
Promise Uzoma Okoro was a popular blogger with PUO REPORTS, was the Media handler for Assemblies of God Nigeria before he threw his hat to the ring of Politics.<</ref>He Chaired the grand civic reception organized by Bende Youths in honour of Nnenna Elendu Ukeje over her outstanding quality representation at the National Assembly.
