Problem of Slovak nationality in Hungarian Kingdom

The major problem of understanding of Slovak nationality is in the political sense of nationality. Hungarian Kingdom (1000-1918) was multiethnical state with nationality Hungarus (Natio Hungarica) in the political sense covered persons with different ethnical background: Slovak, Magyar, Croatian, German, Romanian, Jewish etc. Older scholar sources such Encyclopedia Britannica used political nationality what is not representative for present understanding of nationality. So Slovak inventors, artists and others from the time of Hungarian Kingdom are not reflected from the present understanding of nationality but from historical sense. This older sources are used with present scholars without understanding in the context in that time . Its necessary to understand word Hungarian from that time in political sense for period of multiethnical Hungarian Kingdom and not in modern understanding of present Hungarian nationality. Modern scholars reflect difference between terms Hungarian and Magyar. Hungarian should be use for multiethnical Hungarian Kingdom and Magyar for present day Hungary .
For this reason is lot of famouse persons from Hungarian Kingdom considered for Hungarians in modern term Magyar despite their disputable Slovak origin (Lászlo Mednyánszky, Tivadar Csontváry Kosztka, János Fadrusz, László Hudec, , Franz Lehár, Franz Liszt, Andreas Hadik, Lajos Kossuth, Andreas Jaszlinszky, György Jendrassik, Gergely Berzeviczy, Ányos Jedlik, József Károly Hell, Joseph Petzval, Matthias Bel, Lajos Kassák, Imre Madách, ) .
