Prentiss Thompson is an American actor. Thompson began his career in 2002 when he was discovered by the late John Daly. Daly awarded him first place honors in a national acting competition. Thompson has starred in stage work with the Ujamaa Black Theatre Company under the direction of Titus Walker. He also has played in several independent movies such as Closure and Waiting, a science fiction thriller in which he played the lead role. He appeared in Treach’s “Nothing Can Hold Me Down” music video. He has worked on several other movies such as Tap Dreams. One of his break out roles was as Lieutenant Jackson in . Thompson will also appear in the upcoming films The Gitem Gyrlz and Down On Your Luck. Prentiss will play the lead role in the 2009 film Don’t Blink, an Everythang Green Film. |
