Precision Photonics Corporation (PPC) is a Milton Chang startup company based in Boulder, Colorado that manufacturers ultraprecise optics and laser-based instruments. It was chosen as one of 50 Colorado fast-growing companies nominated as "Colorado Companies to Watch" in 2009 . In 2004 PPC was awarded a $2 million grant from the National Institute of Standards and Technology. Chris Myatt, Founder and CEO of PPC was interviewed in the book "Turning Science into Things People Need" . Bookham acquires Laser Controller from Precision Photonics.
