Praveen Nair (born 25 June 1982), more commonly known as Praveen, is a celebrity trainer, who predominantly works in Fitness Industry. He transformed Sushant Singh Rajput for Kai Po Che and '. Now he is a bollywood celebrity's fitness coach. Early life and education Praveen Nair was born on 25 June 1982 in Kerala.Growing up at the coast of Kerala under the shadow of his granny, Praveen Nair at the early age was weighing just 46 kg and 6 ft tall. Feeding Fitness Praveen is now also a Level 1 Crossfit Trainer and he is finally a hairlined distance away from brining his dream to life by opening his own first fitness club. Praveen says " I have spent each day, hours, minutes thinking about my dream and that has been my motivation throughout" He also adds "This will be a place where lives will change and yes i mean it".This is the primary reason why Praveen has placed a strong place in everyones life, he motivates people to do good. During this journey, he came across another life changing moment. He met Maahek, who is now his Life partner, his team and the mother of his uber-cute son Kiaan. Maahek Nair is a post graduate in Finance. She decided to join the team and contributed majorly by completing her Crossfit Level 1 certifications and for a value-added benefit to the team, shes also now a certified Nutritionist. They both are an amazing team, whether together/individually has brought a drastic improvement in the lifestyle of countless people. Praveen & Maahek Nair are the proud founders of Feeding Fitness.
