Plutonrecords

Plutonrecords label was the first Iberoamerican to sell and distribute music over the Internet.
Formed in 1996 by José Henriquez, Paulo De Oliveira and Sydney Reyes at first to publish the records of the band CULTO OCULTO, Pluton Records had virtual headquarters and operations center was Caracas, Venezuela. Plutonrecords became known in 1997 by launching the Culto Oculto first album Flotar no es más que existir, un movimiento ondulatorio. Subsequently incorporated into their catalog artists all tendencies within post-punk, industrial and electronics as Slamballet, ENRS, TripNaM and MANES decidia.
In 1999 Pluton Records sublabel called PlutUnico creates a draw for collector edition, serial editions of no more than 100 copies. The covers of these works were handmade by the artists themselves often contained original graphic pieces of gang members. The first works were published under the imprint of CultocultO BARalt000mix and ABORTOS of Slamballet.
After this stage, Paulo de Oliveira and leave the Sydney Reyes and Plutorecords label becomes in the hands of Jose Henriquez FTS Records External Link seal absorbs the complete catalog of Pluto Records.
