Playing in Traffic Records is an American record label based in Austin, Texas. History Founded in 2009 by longtime Texas music executive Kevin Wommack as a division of Loophole Entertainment, Playing in Traffic Records mission is to bring emerging and established talent to a national stage. Amongst other new and notable artists, Playing in Traffic Records represents the Grammy award winning Los Lonely Boys. The company is helmed by Kevin Wommack, Whitaker Elledge and Mary Jurey in their Austin, Texas office. The company was awarded "Best Local Label" in the 2009 and 2010 Austin Music Awards.
