Pixel Car Racer

Pixel Car Racer is a retro-style arcade racing game by Studio Furukawa. It was developed by Kesly Hayes (a.k.a. Akomplice) and Calob Hayes (a.k.a. ShibuiGhost). It was released in Apple iOS and Google Play platforms in 2016. It is focused on drag racing and street racing. It is based in Japan and USA.
Gameplay
In the game, your main objective is to participate in drag racing in Freerun or Tournament mode. You can also race on highways in touge mode. There are 3 more modes (Beginner, Amateur, and Expert). There are 4 weathers (Winter, Day, Night, Rain).
Drag racing
In drag racing, your car is pre-staged and you must first heat your tires. Once you are finished, your car is staged and you must prepare to start. There will be a 2.5 second countdown before the stager lights up. When the lights are green, you must launch your car with the Accelerator pedal.
Tournaments
There are 3 types of race in the Tournament (Light Cup, Semi-Pro Kings, and Pro League).
Light Cup
In this tournament, you must meet these requirements:
• Your car must be under the A-D class.
• You must have a bet money of at least $10,000.
When you win the race, you will get $40,000 as prize money.
Semi-Pro Kings
In this tournament, you must meet these requirements:
• Your car must have a F-R1 class rating.
• You must have a bet money of at least $40,000.
When you win the race, you get the following prizes:
• You get $200,000 as prize money.
• You get a prize crate.
Pro League
In this tournament, you must meet these requirements:
• Your car must have a R2-X class rating.
• You must have a bet money of at least $200,000.
When you win the race, you get the following prizes:
• You get $1,000,000 as prize money.
• You get a prize crate and a diamond.
Touge
In touge, you must take the lead position to keep the state of your health bar. The race lasts 60 seconds. There will also be a passing car while playing in Touge mode.
Cars
There are many cars that are included in this game, such as the Japanese cars Nissan Fairlady Z, Nissan Skyline GT-R, Toyota Supra, Mazda RX-7, Mitsubishi Lancer, and Honda Civic. There are also American cars such as the Ford Mustang, Chevrolet Camaro, Chevrolet Corvette, Dodge Challenger, and Dodge Charger. There are also European cars such as the Morris Mini, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and more.
