Jason Waller (born January 25) also known as Pinnacle, is an American emcee. He started his career in Cincinnati and eventually moved to Seoul, South Korea. His band, Pinnacle & The Antidote, is infused with Hip-hop, Rock, Pop, Jazz, Funk and Blues. Career Raised in the city of Cincinnati, Ohio, Waller took on the name "Pinnacle Pinnacle" at the age of 15. By the age of 17 he began experimenting with his sound through more organic production with SoLow Productions, now Jungle Music Records. In the summer of 2008, Pinnacle secured an international teaching job in Seoul, South Korea subsequent to graduating from the University of Cincinnati. Upon his arrival in Korea, he met DJ Tom Slick, who introduced him to Korean Hip-hop celebrity Carlos Galvan. Together, the trio, in collaboration with Z Fact Entertainment, produced the family collaboration entitled, South Cide. In December 2008, Pinnacle started "The International Hustle Blog", a video documentary that followed him in his journey through the Korean nightlife and underground scene as an American Hip-hop artist. At this point, the addendum "TheHustler" was adjoined to his moniker. In addition to pursuing his solo career as Pinnacle TheHustler, he also established his band, Pinnacle & The Antidote, in February 2009. The establishment of the band was substantiated by winning a Battle of the Bands competition in a local pub called Texas Moon. In August 2009, Pinnacle was a contestant on "Drivetime's Got Talent", a music competition on the show Drivetime. Pinnacle received 2nd place and he was asked to be a reoccurring guest reporter on the Steve Hatherly Show, another TBS radio show. Pinnacle is a TBS music reporter for his featured segment "The International Hustle". Pinnacle & The Antidote Pinnacle & The Antidote (P&A) is an ensemble of musicians that met in Seoul, South Korea. The emcee, Pinnacle, is "usually clad in upscale attire, consisting of fat-knot Windsor tied neck ties, sweater vests... touches on subjects of love, passion, art, despair, fear and general life issues without resorting to the likes of misogyny or a gross overuse of violent references." P&A consist of Bassist, Joe Rogers; Drummer, Alex Hodge; Guitarist, Kurt Catlin and Keyboardist, Rebekah Grome. They are currently in Seoul recording, performing and creating new material.
