Philip Arthur "Phil" Smeeton from Nothingham, England is an English film and stage actor and musician, best known for playing Fink Angel in the film Judge Dredd and Squeaky in Eastenders. Other film roles have included Split Second, Parker and Sharpe's Revenge. Smeeton is the songwriter and guitarist in the band Magic Car a British Americana / Folk Rock band formed in 1994 by Smeeton and Hazel Atkinson, the latter as vocalist. Other musicians included Dave Langdon and John Thompson. The band was initially known as Little Criminals. Magic Car signed to the independent record label Tiny Dog Records in 1999 and have released two albums - Yellow Main Sequence (2001) and Family Matters (2005). A third, as yet untitled album, is scheduled for release in 2016.
