Phibion Nyamudeza

Dr. Phibion Nyamudeza is a Zimbabwean Agronomist. He was born on the 18th of October 1958. Dr. Nyamudeza is currently employed by PriceWaterHouseCoopers as a Senior Agriculture and Rural Development Consultant/Manager.
Education
Dr. Nyamudeza graduated with a BSc (Agriculture) from the University of Zimbabwe in 1982 before proceeding to do a Masters degree in Agronomy (from 1988 to 1989) at the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom. He attained a Post-Graduate diploma in Agriculture Development with Wye College, University of London in 1992. Dr. Nyamudeza then graduated with a PhD in Agronomy at the University of Nottingham, UK in 1998.
Employment Record
Dr. Nyamudeza is currently employed by PriceWaterHouseCoopers as a Senior Consultant/ Manager in Harare. Before that he had worked from 1993-1999 as the Officer-In-Charge at Save Valley Experiment Station in Zimbabwe.. He also worked from 1999 to 2001 as Chief Research Officer and Acting Head, Lowveld Research Stations, Zimbabwe and from 2001 to 2002 as Head, Lowveld Research Stations, Zimbabwe.
Track Record
Dr. Nyamudeza has conducted extensive research and studies on water and soil management in semi-arid regions . He has also worked on vertisols and has co-authored a book on the said topic.
