Peter Andrew Ryan (born 18 February 1951) is an Australian cricketer. He played in three first-class matches for Queensland in 1971/72. In November 1971, Ryan made his first class debut for Queensland against a Rest of the World XI. In the second innings, he was involved in a 184-run partnership with fellow opening batsman Alan Jones, during which he contributed 63 runs before being run out; it was his highest first-class score. He played two further matches for Queensland from late December 1971 through into early January 1972, both in the Sheffield Shield. Ryan also played in England for two seasons, for Waterlooville Cricket Club in the Southern League and for Hampshire Second XI.
