Pete Merrill (January 1, 1992) is a senior at Northwood High School in Minong, WI. He is recognized as the Creator/Founder of the social networking website Thirdie.com. Thirdie Merrill launched Thirdie on February 2nd, 2009 after 2,500 hours of work; Within hours people started to join and spread the word, as of now Thirdie supports over 2,400 members from all over the world, and is increasing in popularity each day. The main reason people are attracted to Thirdie is simple; It provides a down to business social experience based on communicating with others without the interruptions. Since October (2009) Thirdie has been recognized to be one of the fastest growing social networking websites in the United States and Europe; It has been featured in four newspapers and was appraised at a total value of $22,700. |
