Peppercomm is a communications and public relations company based in New York City.
History
Peppercomm was co-founded in 1995 by Steve Cody In 2014, it reported revenues of more than $16 million in the United States and more than $18 million worldwide.
In 2012, Peppercomm was named the number one best place to work by Crain's New York Business. It was named by Fortune magazine as one of the top places for women to work, and college graduates.
In 2015, Peppercomm lost clients including T.G.I. Friday's, Covanta, and The Hartford. In 2015 and 2016, it added Genpact and Bristol-Myers Squibb. The organization acquired Walek & Associates in 2013, a public relations agency and renamed it WalekPeppercomm. WalekPeppercomm received a 2014 award naming it the best PR firm for hedge funds in North America.
