Peer-to-server-peer

Peer-to-server-peer (or "P2SP"). Basically, It is still based on peer-to-peer (or "P2P") technology, but added with server mode. P2SP technology was applied in "Xunlei" and BitComet (starting from version 0.86). They are starting HTML/FTP/P2P connection from a seed when the Server Mode is activated. It mean, whoever have the seed (100%), will become a personal server. And the Torrent bandwidth capping is no longer working in this mode. "Xunlei" have added some extra internal function which trying to search for the same file referred in Torrent Link from the internet. And then start with an HTML/FTP download.
