Peadar Bracken (23 January 1887 - January 19, 1961) was an Irish freedom fighter during Ireland's War of Independence. Early life Peadar Bracken was born Peter Francis Bracken on January 23, 1887 in Sragh, Tullamore, , Ireland. He was the second son of Joseph and Anne Bracken.
