The Peace Revolution Website is a non-profit internet-based inner peace (meditation) and self-development program based on the principle that World Peace is possible if people can achieve their own inner peace. The website provides an online self-development program as well as general community-based services such as Internet forum and Personal message. To participate in the self-development program, participants has to write down their meditation report as well as answer questions that will help them look back on themselves and encourage them to improve their habits everyday. The pilot project The Peace Revolution pilot project was started in 2008. The young participants (age 16-28) who completed a 30-day mission log were eligible for a free meditation retreat and seminar in Thailand. There were about 100 participants registered. However, only 10 were qualified for the fellowship. The pilot meditation retreat took place in February 2009, Loei Province, Thailand. After the retreat, the participants joined a seminar with the title "Peace Language: the communication beyond boundaries". The 2010 project In May 2009, the website was completely remade. The pilot's 30-day mission log is now replaced by 4-stage self-development program. The first 3 stages are rather short and can be completed within one day. The 4 stage actually resembles the pilot's mission log except the number of days used to complete, which presently lasts for 42 days. The target group of participants is also changed from the age of 16-28 to the age of 18-30. The 2010 Peace Revolution Retreat and Conference will take place in February 2010 in Bangkok, Thailand. The main focus of the conference includes a series of workshops on integrating meditation and self-development techniques into the work, home, and community environments. Full Moon Meditation Full Moon Meditation has been organized every month since March 2009 on Peace Revolution Facebook group. Every full moon day, the participants meditate together at the same time with an English guided live meditation provided. This initiative has been welcomed by the fans who have a Facebook account with the number of attendees increased from 26 in March 2009 to 260 in June 2009. Few participants take their pictures in the meditation position and share them on Facebook.
