Pawlooza

Pawlooza is a Canadian annual festival for dogs in London, Ontario. The one-day festival happens once per year, near the end of August.
Pawlooza advertises itself as a large dog party... where festivalgoers and their canine companions shop from approximately 100 pet-related vendors and join in on animal-friendly activities - pet psychic shows, trick demos, obedience training, pet reiki demos, pet first aid demos, trailwalking, dock diving, dog agility demonstrations, contests, etc.
The festival takes place at the Plunkett Estate in West London - a picturesque, multi-million dollar private estate in West London, Ontario owned by Steve Plunkett, the son of Dr. Earl Plunkett, an internationally respected physician who helped develop the first birth control pill.
Pawlooza is a fundraising project by two Ontario not-for-profits - the Animal Rescue Foundation and Leads Employment Services. Pawlooza also partners with animal rescue groups throughout Ontario, who are at Pawlooza fundraising and raising awareness about animal rescue.
