Paulie Giganti

Paul "Paulie" Giganti, Jr. (August 31, 1980 - April 20, 2017) was an American chef and TV personality. He competed in the of Gordon Ramsay’s .
Early life
Giganti worked in various restaurants when he was in high school, and became a chef despite wanting to be an engineer.
Later life and Hell’s Kitchen
Giganti has had a history with the police. He has been arrested for terroristic threats in 2014, driving under the influence of alcohol in 2008, and for possessing marijuana in 2005. Giganti became executive chef at Birra and worked there for five years before leaving to compete on Hell’s Kitchen. He placed 4th on the 16th season of Hell’s Kitchen, with 4 nominations before being eliminated during the 14th episode.
Death
Giganti was found dead in his home on April 20, 2017. His cause of death was a drug overdose, according to the Philadelphia Medical Examiner's office. TMZ reported that the situation was discovered when neighbors complained of and reported foul odor, allegedly sourcing from Giganti's apartment, where police later found his body sprawled on his bedroom floor.
