Paul Orr is a radio presenter from Northern Ireland currently working on Belfast CityBeat. Orr's broadcasting career stated in the 1980s when he was a well know DJ on KITS Radio, a pirate station in Monaghan.
In 1995 he started presenting programmes for Belfast Community Radio in Belfast. In 1997 he landed the mid morning show on Belfast CityBeat where he was famed for his 'Cecil The Chef' feature during the lunch hour. Orr disappeared from Citybeat's schedules suddenly in 1999 and after spending some time working/living in the south of Spain returned to Northern Ireland in 2001. He started presenting freelance shows for Q97.2 in Coleraine and Downtown Radio where he regularly covered the Breakfast Show. In 2005 he made a shock return to Belfast CityBeat.
