Patricia Gilliam (born September 1 in Greeneville, Tennessee) is an American novelist. Biography Patricia Gilliam is an American sci-fi novelist and creator of the Hannaria Series. Beginning her career as an online content writer, she has written over 1,000 non-fiction articles and 40 fiction short stories since 2006. She has been a preferred author on Writing.com since 2007, offering free help and resources to the site's community. Current novels in the Hannaria Series include: Out of the Gray (April 2009; ISBN 978-1451552584), Legacy (Nov 2009; ISBN 978-1451529692) and No Good Deed Goes Unpunished (June 2010; ISBN 978-1453653753) and Something Like the Truth (Jan 2012; ISBN 978-1470004514). The fifth book in the series, Where the Oasis Blooms,<ref name="bare_url" /> and is currently in progress. Patricia Gilliam was raised in Tennessee and still resides there (in Knoxville, Tennessee) with her husband, Cory Gilliam, and their Greyhound Lucius Malfoy (Mal) and two Dachshunds Turk and J.D.
