Judy Azar LeBlanc

Judy Azar LeBlanc (born 1947 in Raton, New Mexico) is an American Christian writer. LeBlanc was raised and educated in Albuquerque. She is a graduate of San Jose State University, in San Jose, California, where she did graduate work in Industrial Psychology.
