Pat Haikin

Pat Haikin was born in 1942, married Israel (Jack) Haikin and has two children Matt Haikin and Daniel Haikin. She was awarded an MBE for services to education, and after working at numerous colleges became Principal of Kingsway College (now Westminster College). After retiring she went on to jointly run the very successful charity Training For Life where she was one of the driving forces behind The Hoxton Apprentice - the first social enterprise restaurant in London. |
