Paraag Shukla (born June 17, 1982) is an American author, screenwriter, and actor. He was born in New Delhi and raised in the United States. He received a degree in Government and International Politics with a concentration in International and Comparative Studies from George Mason University. He is a co-author of Money in the Bank: Lessons Learned from Past Counterinsurgency (COIN) Operations, a RAND study distributed to the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and also authored E-Preeti, a feature-length screenplay currently filming in Bangalore, India, and Washington, D.C.
