Pallavi Desai (born 5 November 1977), is a women entrepreneur. At present she is the sole proprietor at "Penkraft", which came into existence in March 2015. Early life and education Pallavi Desai is Commercial Arts graduate from L S Raheja Shool of Art in 1998. She began her professional career as a Junior Visualiser in Paragraphics after graduation. She thereafter helped Pitambari Products Pvt Ltd, the food to pharma retail giant, set up their own advertising department as their Creative Art Director. With this experience, she established her own end-to-end advertising agency - Eyecatchers - in 2015. Penkraft Pallavi started PENKRAFT - a brand conceptualised by a woman, run by women and for the women. Penkraft trains homemakers in handwriting, calligraphy, abacus maths, and a wide variety of art forms, and helps them set up & run their own home-based classes. Pallavi has helped more than 1000 such homemakers in India and at a few locations abroad. Penkraft is headquartered at Thane and operates through its Penkraft Centers (franchisees), Penkraft Master Trainers & Penkraft Certified Teachers. Penkraft conducts classes / courses, workshops, online courses and teachers' trainings in Mandala Art, Madhubani Painting, Calligraphy, Handwriting Improvement, Abacus Maths, Resin Art, Warli Painting, Gond Art, Fluid Art, Image Transfer, craft, etc.
