OtakuOmaha is an anime convention focusing on anime, manga, their fandoms, and East Asian culture in general. It is held in Omaha, Nebraska and run by OtakuOmaha, an anime club in Omaha, Nebraska that focuses mainly on planning the convention. History 2007 OtakuOmaha was first held in 2007 at the Carlisle Hotel in Omaha, Nebraska. An Attendance of around 300 attendees was expected, however over 500 people attended. Attending guests in 2007 included Cardcaptor Will and Keith Burgess. |
