Yasumicon

Yasumicon is a free convention held by Florida International University's Anything Goes Anime Club which was started in 2003. Yasumicon is also the first anime convention in Miami. , Japanese for "vacation" or "rest", reflects the laid-back and carefree attitude which the staff wish the convention to convey. Yasumicon is run by unpaid volunteers. Yasumicon 2008 will be held August 1-3, 2008. Previous Years Yasumicon 2007 was held at Florida International University. Special guests included Vic Mignogna.
