Ontoforce is a Belgian start-up that developed disQover, a user-friendly search engine that uses semantic technology to establish intelligent links. One of Ontoforce’s main goals is to use this technology to make drug discovery around the world more effective. Next to this, the start-up offers data consultancy services and supports socially engaged projects such as SchoolKID. At the end of 2012, Ontoforce ranked second place in Vacature magazine’s top 10 of young Flemish technology companies. Ontoforce is supported by institutes such as IWT, iMinds and the SOFI fund.
