Onethirtybpm

onethirtybpm, sometimes referred to as 130BPM, is an online music webzine based out of New York. Its focus is a balance of both mainstream and independent music. onethirtybpm is a member of the MOG music network.
History
The website was originally created in September 2008 by current editor-in-chief Evan Kaloudis and editor Chris Woodall, and co-created by editors Brent Koepp, Sean Highkin, and Ryan Nichols. The staff has since expanded to over 20 contributors located globally, including the United States, United Kingdom, Sweden, and Australia.
The site has gone through several redesigns. The current version, which launched in May 2009, was designed by Evan Kaloudis and developed under the Wordpress platform.
Content
onethirtybpm's content includes the music news, album reviews, concert reviews, packaging overviews, artist interviews and many other features including weekly recommendations, columns, and a bands to watch section.
There are plans to roll out new columns and several podcasts in the Summer of 2009.
Sister site
onethirtybpm has an online film webzine equivalent called The Film Stage. The Film Stage was created by Jordan Raup in early 2009 and later relaunched and redesigned in conjunction with onethirtybpm.
