Omar Dyer is an unsuccessful political candidate from New Jersey. He has worked with Organizing for America, and is a former candidate for New Jersey's State assembly in 2009. Omar Dyer wrote a book about his 2009 run. Dyer was a football player at Hoboken High School in 1998, and later went to the University of Oregon in 2000—to walk on, and didn't make the cut. From 2004 until today he has been an online blogger at Associated Content. Omar Dyer will be facing Albio Sires as an Independent for Congress's Congressional General Election on November 2, 2010 in New Jersey's 13th congressional district After losing to Anthony Chiappone in the New Jersey Legislature State Assembly's 31 District race in a contested corruption probed county. |
