Olga Nunes

Olga Nunes is a Canadian musical artist who achieved recognition on the Internet after singing "Boomdeyada" for the video I Love xkcd, a YouTube animation inspired by a strip in the webcomic known as xkcd.
Life and works
Nunes was born in Montreal, Canada, and currently resides in San Francisco, California.
Her music can be compared to the singing style of Imogen Heap. She labelled her music, on her Facebook page, as Pop/Rock/Alternative.
Nunes released her debut video for the song 'A Dream of Gardens' in 2008, with lyrics written by Neil Gaiman.
Following her music contribution to I Love xkcd in 2009, Nunes co-produced another music video inspired by xkcd called We Love xkcd, featuring Neil Gaiman, Wil Wheaton, Cory Doctorow and various other guests.

Who Killed Amanda Palmer ARG
Nunes was the puppetmaster of the alternate reality game promoting the release of Amanda Palmer's album Who Killed Amanda Palmer. She also portrayed the character of Melody Dean within the Who Killed Amanda Palmer alternate reality game.
