Other Plans
A private company called Artists Preception Markham formed a group called O16ACG (Old 16th Avenue Construction Group) which is planning to make a bus stop on Old 16th Avenue so the residents in the area have access to VIVA, York Region Transit and Toronto Transit Commision routes. The company also has plans to make 1 house, an emergency response station and a street magazine station (Old Sixteenth Magazine), planned to be published yearly. The emergency station is a small 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, with a garage to fit one or two cars that have "EMERGENCY RESPONSE" on the cars. The magazine station would consists of a tent and tables, due to the close proximity to a gas station.
