Olakunle Jamiu Azeez

Olakunle Jamiu Azeez (born 4 December 1981), is a Nigerian businessman and philanthropist. He is the founder of Kaysa Group and Fertile Dreams Foundation.
Early life and education
Azeez attended A.U.D Primary School, Iganna, Iwajowa, Oyo State before preceding to Winfield College, Port Harcourt, Rivers State for his secondary education. He graduated from Middlesex University with a degree in electrical engineering.
Career
Azeez began his career in 2002, working as a show promoter and record label owner in the entertainment industry. In 2007, he left the entertainment industry and became a consultant in the oil and gas industry. Later in his career, he started Kaysa Group as an oil and gas industry, investment, real estate, agriculture and food production and mining industry.
Awards and recognition
In 2016, Azeez received a recognition award at the Green October Event 2016 in recognition for his "humanitarian support to orphans and widows in Nigeria". In 2018, he received a Nigeria Goodwill Ambassador Award for his "humanitarian gesture to the less privilege and his commitment to the development of Nigerian youths".
Personal life
Azeez was born in Ikeja, Lagos State, Nigeria. He is a native of Osun State, Nigeria. His father Abdul Azeez Tijani from Osun State was the chief imam of Dopemu central mosque, Ikeja, Lagos. His mother Aishat Azeez Tijani from Oyo State was a trader. Azeez is married with three children. He is a Muslim, while his wife is a Christian.<ref name=VAN/>
