Obullo is an HMVC based scalable open source web application framework for producing web applications. It is written in PHP, modeled after the concepts of Codeigniter software, and distributed under the BSD License. History The Obullo project started in 2009. The Lead Developer released first version in 30 May 2010.A HMVC library added to framework in 2011 then Obullo Developers Ersin Güvenç and CJ Lazell updated the title of the framework as "PHP5 HMVC Scalable Framework".After that included the Hmvc library the framework structure was considered appropriate work with modules, sub modules and extensions.
