Nurul Nuha is a daughter of Anwar Ibrahim. She is also a member of her family owned political party which is the People's Justice Party. Contesting Nibong Tebal in PRU 13 There has been a lot of rumors circulating especially in the blogosphere that Nurul Nuha will be contesting the Nibong Tebal seat for next election. Penang Deputy Chief Minister Mansor Othman stated that Nurul Nuha is a winnable candidate and he must be put in a sure win seat. Nurul Nuha was said to be the most suitable candidate in the semi urban seat of Nibong Tebal, Penang. Extreme support for Anwarista group The Anwarista supporters are keen on seeing everyone in the Anwar Ibrahim family would join the ranks of opposition leaders. Using their official website, they have made claims on which constituency each and every member of Anwar family will contest. According to them Nurul Izzah will retain her Lembah Pantai seat, Wan Azizah will be contesting in Ijok and Anwar Ibrahim will be contesting in Ipoh Timur or Bagan Serai. Malaysiakini.Com against Nurul Nuha in Parliamentary seat Pakatan Rakyat's main political website Malaysiakini.com is against Nurul Nuha constesting in Nibong Tebal as it seems as Anwar Ibrahim is putting all his family as candidate for PRU-13. Anwar and Azizah reaction towards the rumors Anwar Ibrahim is saying that Nurul Nuha will not be contesting any parliamentary or state seats as he did not think his daughter is capable of handling the pressure of politics. This however contradicts her mother, Wan Azizah Wan Ismail as Wan Azizah of fondly referred to as "Kak Wan" stated that they will think about the matter. Wan Azizah is showing positive response to the rumors saying that they will think about it for the sake of the people.
