Nuclear Strikes

Nuclear Strikes are female-fronted heavy metal band from Kajang, Malaysia. The band plays heavy 80’s metal songs and tunes. In a certain songs, the band blend some rock,hard rock and any other melodies and tunes to produce more unique sound. They are influenced by rare heavy metal bands both from Malaysia and other countries, for instance, Riot , Accept , DIO, Judas Priest , Lee Aaron , 220 Volt, Europe, Demon, Fifth Angel, Rusty Blade, and many more.
They gain attention in local mass media being not many young local talent that playing heavy metal genre and fight for this genres to be at the mainstage of their music industry. One of the band main focus are to spread their music by playing outside Malaysia and across the world. Futhermore,they also gaining attention from outside of their country after getting a deal from international records company such as Heart Of Steel and Defox both from Italy. The news spread quickly across the world appear in international web sites such as Brazil,Russia,Japan,Luxembourg and many more.
History
"Nuclear Strikes" were formed in 2005.This band was known as Jack Hammer in it's early existence. It is first formed by Rex Strike and 1, 2 Kill, which are the guitarists of Antacid, a well known thrash metal band in Malaysia. They had John (vocal), Beno REAPER (bass), Rex Killer (drums) and 1, 2 Kill (guitar) as their line-ups, at that particular time.

However, due to commitments and other certain problems, the band discontinued. Though the band was inactive as they were short of members, the strength in both Rex Strike and 1, 2 Kill led them in finding solutions to keep the band going on. They soon consulted and decided to have the other two mates from Antacid, Thunderbolt and Iron Speed as the replacements. After short brief,they met Anort, which have the credibility as a good vocalist and they had him.

After several line up changes they changed the name of Jack Hammer to Nuclear Strikes till present.However, it all ended shortly after a few months. Anort, then was replaced by a stunning vocalist named Ekey Mizume. Unfortunately, the same problem occur. Not very soon since she left, Nuclear Strikes were introduced to the present vocalist, known as Steelgirl Ladyana. Praise to God, until today, the band remains together and getting stronger.
Nuclear Strikes have released their debut EP entitled "Megastorm Eyes" in 2011 and unrelease demo in year 2008. The band's got a good and positive feedback for their music after getting 8.5 out of 10 rating from Brazilian music magazine Stryke for their debut EP album Megastorm Eyes.
