Noosphere Ventures Partners LP is a space-focused investment firm. It was founded on 4 June 2014 by Max Polyakov and has its headquarters in Menlo Park, California.
The Noosphere space portfolio includes projects EOS Data Analytics, including EOS SAR; Firefly Aerospace; D-Orbit; Space systems engineering, who is the owner of Space Electric Thruster Systems (SETS), etc.

Strategic vision
Noosphere Ventures concentrates on strategic development and expansion of its activities in the space sector. Vertical integration principles guide the company, which is seeking to consolidate its oversight over launches, satellites, data analysis, communications and ground stations.

Portfolio
Some 17 companies have received investments from Noosphere, which invests in various types of companies, as well as owning them. The company has invested from $30 million to $50 million annually in mergers and acquisitions since 2015 and this spring is looking to invest in a small satellite maker or component supplier.
January 2015 - EOS Data Analytics Inc. (EOS) added to the space portfolio company of Noosphere Ventures.
March 2019 - Firefly may carry Italian satellites D-Orbit to space on future rocket flights.
October 2019  EOS Data Analytics unveiled EOS SAR - a project to develop its own synthetic aperture radar (SAR) sensors intended for deployment in a constellation of microsatellites.
December 2019 - Noosphere Ventures invests in D-Orbit Series C.
Non space projects
From 2014 to 2017, the fond did not focus on space projects but invested in technology projects.
22 May 2016 - Noosphere invested in Thync. Series B round of investments.
15 May 2017 -  Noosphere started investments in Yola.
Noosphere Venture also has minor investments: January 2016 to November 2018 - fond invested in PocketGuard, Kangaroo Health, Circle Medical, Aquila.
Philosophy
The philosophy of the noosphere is based on the theory of Vladimir Vernadsky, who defined the noosphere as "the sphere of human thinking." The goal is to use knowledge as a fundamental creative force that affects the entire biosphere as a whole.
