Noor Aftab (born 9 November 1981) is an international keynote speaker, the co-founder of Shahina Aftab Foundation. She was born in the city of Rawalpindi, to an Army Officer and educationist & development expert. Aftab attended and presented at a C5 meeting on gender-based microfinancing in Hong Kong. She also attended the Global Women Summit in Turkey, attended by 1,000 women and three first ladies. She spoke on on the Political Risk in Microfinance in New York. In 2010, Noor Aftab and Shahina Aftab co-founded the Shahina Aftab Foundation (SAF) as a global NGO to train in micro-finance and community development. During the 2010 Pakistan floods, the Shahina Aftab Foundation worked in collaboration with the International School of Islamabad. Aftab won the International Women's Day outstanding service award in 2011.
