Nogi Industries

Nogi Industries is an American sportswear and and equipment firm based in Orange County, California. The company designs, manufactures, and markets BJJ- and MMA-related apparel and equipment. Its products are sold in ten countries worldwide.
History
Nogi Industries was founded in 2003 by UFC and Pride fighter Chris Brennan, who named the company Nogi after the aspect of Jiu-Jitsu fighting that is his specialty. Brennan said the goal of the company was to make “high quality grappling gear by people that train for people that train.”

Nogi Industries is regarded as an industry leader in fully sublimated rashguards (fully sublimated means the logo artwork, which is part of the fabric, is designed to avoid cracking and peeling).

Nogi Industries has sponsored more than 30 professional and amateur athletes, including MMA and ADCC fighters, such as Tom DeBlass, Romulo Barral, Denny Prokopos, David Avellan, Enrico Cocco, Tyrone Glover, and Jorge Patino.
Nogi is a sponsor of the Nogi World Jiu-Jitsu Championships.
The company also sponsors the web reality show Glover’s Travels, which accompanies BJJ black belt Jeff Glover as he visits leading BJJ and grappling schools around the United States.
The Nogi brand can also be seen in the UFC 2009 Undisputed video game.
