Niubee

“niubee”, a Chinese expression for fantastic. In china, this expression has a long history by oral tradition.
With a game mod of Quake III, the expression entered the English world first time. When the happenning was reported by media coverage, the expression became well-known in the Non-Chinese world.

“... is killing me. Repeatedly. Each time my corpse crumples to the ground after a blast from his rifle severs my limbs and splatters my blood, he cries "niubee", a Chinese expression for fantastic.″

Here, the expression “niubee” is not meanning "killing is fantastic", but meanning that the player who got a score performed a execellent skill. for an old alteration, “nice job!” had been used in a Quake III game usually.
This expression does not have a definition; we can't find it in any dictionary too. it's just a common sense to express someone's feeling when he met something beyond "awesome". the exact meanning of the expression depends on the scene when he say it.
