Ismel Ramos - Nino Montana (born in West Palm Beach, Florida) is a recording engineer. Known for engineering and working with some of the biggest name in the Hip-Hop industry. Biography Ismel Ramos was a local disc jockey in the Atlanta area in the throughout the 90's until he graduated high school and left Atlanta to attend Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida turning his passion for music into a career as a recording engineer and producer. He got his start working from the Bottom up through the ranks at the now legendary Patchwerk Studios in Atlanta, Ga. at the time owned by Bob Whitfeild former Atlanta Falcons football player. Contributions in recording advancement In 2004, Nino Montana was one of the first engineers to cross over to digital and the first in Atlanta to pioneer using a strictly portable laptop based pro tools rig for all his recordings. Used to provide on-site recording and records with a quick turn around for the labels. Other Works Nino Montana is a music video director, directing his first music video with The Klones a sub group of D.S.G.B. In 2009 he directed the music video "GET IT OFF" for So So Def artist Mannish Man. Nino Montana runs a multi media company in Atlanta named Mid-Town Media Group Atl. that opened in 2007.
