Natasha Pestano

Natasha Pestano is a model, actress, chef and fashion designer.
Biography
Natasha Pestano was born in Sydney, Australia to parents who are of Portuguese, Irish and Indian descent. Her mother is a former restaurant owner and head chef and her father was a successful Mediator and Business Executive. She is the youngest of four siblings. As a toddler Natasha began cooking with her mother in the kitchen at home and in the restaurant, learning the basics of food preparation and developing to five course dining as she became a teenager. Another skill Natasha honed at an early age was drawing and painting which later matured into the Fine Arts and Fashion Design.
Education
Natasha graduated high school from International Grammar School in Sydney, Australia. Afterwards, she studied at Whitehouse Institute of Design in Sydney, Australia, Miami International University of Art & Design in Miami, Florida and Parsons The New School for Design in NY, New York.
Career
During high school Natasha began modeling and acting. Some of her clients included Nokia, Telstra and Sony Entertainment Television (SET India). She has also appeared in Superman Returns. Shortly after relocating to Miami, FL Natasha found herself immersed in the dominating music industry. Moving on this opportunity she co founded Foreignity Group with entrepreneur, LA Rice.
Foreignity was founded in 2008 in Miami, Florida. Natasha and LA Rice directed and produced their first international tour with multi-platinum selling artist, Flo Rida. The two-times Grammy nominated artist performed hit singles from his album, Mail on Sunday which hit the top 10 Charts in over seventeen countries and number one in over nine countries worldwide. Foreignity was responsible for marking his first tour to Australia and catalyzing his Gold album success immediately after the national tour.
Natasha has worked with many artists in various capacities over the years including P Diddy, Day 26, Young Joc, Akon, Young Jeezy, T-Pain, Pretty Ricki, Byron Cage, The Mighty Clouds of Joy, Percy Sledge. In 2009 she became a designer to artist, Flo Rida. Currently, Natasha is developing her fashion collection, Blow Huggs.
